During a re-furb we fully dismantle the shock, It is then inspected for wear and thoroughly cleaned. The rod is then checked for chips or damage then polished to reduce friction.

The shock is then carefully re-assembled replacing all oil seals, o-rings and any bushes that are needed.

Once rebuilt, the shock will be set up for the rider.
